What experience do you have?

We have been working all over the Chicagoland area for over 14 years. We have highly trained staff to help develop, plan and execute your future project. Certified and licensed as well bonded and we can provide a reference list at any time just ask.

What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?

We understand that we will have a set time frame and budget. We plan before we get awarded your contract to eliminate any disruptions and keep "business as usual". DAC Paving is registered to local Asphalt plants to provide the best price than our competitors.

Does weather affect when the job is completed?

Yes, in most cases we will have to reschedule and you will be notified 48 hours from the project date. We move from project to project, therefore, we will still finish near the planned scheduled date.

How long does it take to get the estimate scheduled?

Normally, it will be 3-4 business days from the time the client contacted our office with their project.
During peak times of the season (June-September) it may be up to 7-10 business days.

Do I need to be present for the estimate to be completed?

No, for a standard remove and replace, the estimator may arrive at your property to take measurements as early as 5-6 am and as late as daylight permits.
If the scope of work includes a widening or extension, then it is preferred, the customer mark out the area to be changed.
Otherwise, request an appointment to discuss the scope of work with the estimator.

Does DAC Paving have a warranty?

Yes. DAC Paving has a one (1) year warranty on all of our project specifics that can be found on the proposal. All work is done with permits and proper inspections that meet your Village and/or City building department requirements
